100% refund cancellation made 3 days prior to your tour/activity/service/experience

  • Cancellation must be made 3 full days prior to 0:00 am Japan time the day your tour/activity/experience is scheduled.
  • Cancellation made less than 3 full days prior to the day or after the day your tour/activity/experience is scheduled is non-refundable.
  • In case that there is any physical shipping before cancellation, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

7 days prior

100% refund cancellation made 7 days prior to your tour/activity/service/experience

  • Cancellation must be made 7 full days prior to 0:00 am Japan time the day your tour/activity/experience is scheduled.
  • Cancellation made less than 7 full days prior to the day or after the day your tour/activity/experience is scheduled is non-refundable.
  • In case that there is any physical shipping before cancellation, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

14 days prior

100% refund cancellation made 30 days prior to your tour/activity/service/experience

  • Cancellation must be made 30 full days prior to 0:00 am Japan time the day your tour/activity/experience is scheduled.
  • Cancellation made less than 30 full days prior to the day or after the day your tour/activity/experience is scheduled is non-refundable.
  • In case that there is any physical shipping before cancellation, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Others

For some tours and tickets, such as customized private tour and airport limousine bus booklet, the cancellation policies above may not apply.

  • 100% refund is made based on Japanese yen. Therefore, refund in your local currency may not be 100% of your initial payment in your local currency 
  • It may take several days that your refund amount will be reflected in your account depending on your credit card company or bank.
