This document, titled "Travel Terms and Conditions," forms part of the transactional condition explanation document as specified in Article 12-4 of the Travel Agency Law and part of the contract document as specified in Article 12-5 of the same law.

Please ensure to read these travel terms and conditions carefully before applying. (Save or print out for your confirmation.)

Before applying, please read carefully. For the purpose of using your personal information, please refer to Article 29 (1). This content forms part of the transactional condition explanation document as per Article 12-4 of the Travel Agency Law, and part of the contract document if a travel contract is concluded, as per Article 12-5 of the same law.

1. Organized Group Travel Contract

This travel is planned and implemented by Re-Japan Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the company"), and customers participating in this travel will enter into an organized group travel contract (hereinafter referred to as "contract") with the company.

The content and conditions of the contract are based on the travel brochure, website, and this travel terms and conditions document (hereinafter referred to as "contract document"), as well as the confirmed document called "itinerary" to be given before departure (hereinafter referred to as "itinerary") and the company's travel business terms and conditions for organized group travel contracts (hereinafter referred to as "our terms and conditions"). The company undertakes to arrange and manage the itinerary so that customers can receive transportation, accommodation, and other travel services (hereinafter referred to as "travel services") provided by transportation and accommodation institutions according to the company's set travel schedule.

    2. Application and Reservation for Travel

You can apply for travel by filling in the required items on the company's website and accompanying the travel fee (if the travel brochure or website specifies a different application fee, it will be as determined). The application fee will be treated as part or all of the travel fee or cancellation fee or penalty fee.

The company and travel agencies or travel agent representatives listed on the back of the travel brochure (hereinafter referred to as "we") accept contract reservations via telephone, mail, fax, internet, email, and other communication methods (some travel agencies may not handle all these methods). In this case, the contract is not established at the time of reservation, and customers must submit the application form and application fee within 3 days starting from the day after we accept the reservation (reception is within our business hours, and faxes, emails, etc., received after business hours will be treated as received on the next business day). If the payment of the application fee is not made within this period, we will treat it as if there was no reservation. The travel conditions for customers who wish to conclude a contract via communication will be as per the following and Article 3 (2), Article 13 (1), and Article 18 (2).

We may conclude a contract with members of credit card companies affiliated with us (hereinafter referred to as "affiliated companies") (hereinafter referred to as "members") based on the condition of "accepting payment of travel fees and cancellation fees without the member's signature" for "applications for travel via telephone, fax, internet, email, or other communication methods" (hereinafter referred to as "communication contract"). However, there may be cases where the handling travel agency cannot deal with this treatment or there are restrictions on the types of cards that can be handled (contracts that receive payment by credit card with the member's signature on the prescribed form are not considered communication contracts and are treated as normal contracts).
When applying for a communication contract, members must inform us of the "name of the organized group travel to apply for", "start date of travel", as well as "card name", "member number", "card expiration date", etc.

The "card usage date" in the communication contract refers to the day when the customer and the company are obligated to pay or refund the travel fee based on the contract, which is the contract establishment date in the former case and the date of request for contract cancellation in the latter case.

If the customer's credit card cannot be used for payment due to credit or other reasons, we will cancel the communication contract. However, if we receive payment of the travel fee in cash by a separately specified date, this does not apply. If payment is not made by this date, it will be as per Article 14 (1).

If it is not immediately possible to accept the conclusion of the contract due to the trip being fully booked or other reasons at the time of application, and the customer wishes to continue with the contract, we will register the customer as a waiting customer with the customer's consent and confirm a deadline (hereinafter referred to as "deadline") with the customer to wait for our acceptance of the contract, and we will endeavor to complete the arrangements. In this case, we will collect a deposit of an amount equal to or greater than the application fee and apply the deposit to the application fee when the situation allows us to accept the contract (reservation becomes possible). If the customer withdraws the registration as a waiting customer before our acceptance notice or if we cannot notify acceptance by the company by the deadline, the full deposit will be refunded. Registration of waiting customers in this section (4) does not guarantee the completion of arrangements.

    3. Establishment of the Contract

The contract with the customer is established when we accept the contract and receive the application fee. Specifically, it is as follows:

In the case of sales visits to stores and our outside sales staff, when we accept the application fee in Article 2 (1). In the case of contract reservations via telephone, etc., when we receive the application fee from the customer by the third day starting from the day after we notify acceptance of the reservation. In the case of waiting customers in Article 2 (4), when we notify acceptance to the customer and apply the deposit to the application fee (provided there is no withdrawal of registration as a waiting customer from the customer before our acceptance notice).

The communication contract is established when we issue a notice of acceptance of the conclusion of the communication contract. However, if the notice of acceptance of the application is notified by methods such as internet, email, fax, answering machine, etc., it is established when the notice reaches the customer (it means the customer is in a situation to know the content, not when the customer acknowledges the content).

    4. Application Conditions

For travel by minors alone, a consent form from the guardian (legal representative) is required. If only children before entering junior high school are traveling, we may refuse the application.

The minimum number of participants for operation is one person unless specifically stated otherwise (however, if there is a display that one person cannot participate in the course, it is two people).

For travel with special conditions for participation, if the participant's gender, age, qualifications, skills, and other conditions do not match the conditions specified by us, we may refuse the application. Please inform us if you have a disability, are in poor health, are pregnant, are a user of assistance dogs, require accompanying caregivers, wheelchair arrangements, or other special considerations. We will respond within our possible range. In this case, we may condition the accompaniment of caregivers or companions, submission of a doctor's diagnosis, changes in part of the course content, etc., for the safe and smooth implementation of the travel. We may also refuse the application. The cost of special measures taken by us based on the customer's request will be borne by the customer.

In principle, separate actions due to the customer's convenience are not possible. If the customer deviates from the travel itinerary due to their convenience, please inform the tour conductor or staff of this and whether there is a return.

If we judge that the customer may cause inconvenience to other customers or hinder the smooth implementation of group travel, we may refuse the application. Unless specifically stated, we do not handle sharing a room with other customers. We may also refuse the application due to our business convenience.

    5. Application by Contract Responsible Person

hen we receive an application for travel from the representative of a group or group of customers (hereinafter referred to as "contract responsible person"), we will conduct transactions related to the conclusion and cancellation of the contract with the contract responsible person, assuming that the contract responsible person has all the powers of attorney related to the contract.

The contract responsible person must submit a list of members to us by the date specified by us. We are not responsible for any debt or obligation that the contract responsible person currently owes or is expected to owe to the members.

When the contract responsible person does not accompany the group or group after the start of the travel, we will consider the member appointed by the contract responsible person in advance as the contract responsible person.

    6. Delivery of "Itinerary" (Confirmed Document)

If we cannot describe the confirmed travel content such as travel schedule and main transportation and accommodation institutions in the contract document, we will deliver the "itinerary" describing the confirmed situation to the customer by the day before the start of the travel. Also, even before the delivery date, we will explain the arrangement status upon inquiry.

With the customer's prior consent, if we provide the items to be described in the contract document of this section (1) (including when this document is delivered as a transactional condition explanation document before the conclusion of the contract) or the "itinerary" of this section (1) using IT technology such as display on the website, we will consider these documents as delivered and confirm that the items described are recorded in the file equipped with the customer's communication equipment. If the customer's communication equipment does not have a file, we will record the items described in our communication equipment and confirm that the customer has viewed the items described. However, we may not handle this section due to our business convenience.

The "itinerary" of this section (1) will also be used as a document necessary for the customer to receive travel services, along with the coupons of Article 20 (1).

    7. Travel Fee and Payment Deadline

The "travel fee" (the amount displayed as "travel fee" in the price display section of the recruitment advertisement, travel brochure, website (hereinafter referred to as "price display section")) is, unless otherwise noted, the adult travel fee for those aged 12 and over based on the start date of the travel, and the child travel fee for those aged 3 and over but under 12.

If there is no distinction between adults and children in the travel fee, the travel fee will be applied to everyone aged 3 and over.

The travel fee is displayed for each course. Please check based on the departure date and number of users. "Additional fee" (the amount displayed as "additional fee" in the price display section) refers to the travel fee added to the basic travel fee, such as selection of flights, choice of aircraft grade, selection of designated accommodation facilities, extra night accommodation fees, etc. "Discount fee" refers to the discount fee displayed as "OOO discount" in the price display section. The "payable travel fee" is the total amount of the travel fee and additional fee minus the discount fee. This total amount will be the basis for calculating the "application fee" in Article 2 (1), the "cancellation fee" in Article 15, the "penalty fee" in Article 14 (1), and the "change compensation fee" in Article 24.

The travel fee (remaining amount after deducting the application fee) must be paid in full by 14 days before the start date of the travel, counting back from the day before the start date. However, if you apply after 13 days counting back from the day before the start date, please pay the full amount at the time of application.

    8. Included in the Travel Fee

The following items explicitly stated in the travel itinerary of the travel brochure and website are included:

    • Fares and fees for transportation institutions (unless otherwise noted, airplanes and trains are ordinary seats)
    • Accommodation fees and taxes and service charges
    • Fees for meals explicitly stated to be included in the travel fee, and taxes and service charges
    • Admission fees and guide fees for sightseeing explicitly stated to be included in the travel fee
    • Tour conductor expenses, etc., for courses accompanied by a tour conductor
    • Other expenses explicitly stated as "included in the travel fee"

The fees in this section (1) will not be refunded even if partially unused due to the customer's convenience.

    9. Not Included in the Travel Fee

In addition to the items in Article 8, the travel fee does not include the following items. Some examples are listed below:

Excess baggage fees (for amounts exceeding the specified weight, volume, and number)
Transportation, dining, and other miscellaneous expenses not included in the travel itinerary, and personal expenses such as cleaning, phone charges, and accompanying taxes and service charges
Admission fees, etc., explicitly stated as not included in the travel fee for sightseeing at the customer's expense
Fees for optional plans and optional tours that only those who wish to participate Medical expenses for injuries and illnesses

    10. Changes to Contract Content

Even after the conclusion of the contract, we may change the travel schedule, content of travel services, and other content of the contract in order to ensure safe and smooth implementation of the travel, in cases where natural disasters, changes in transportation and accommodation institutions' services, orders from public offices, provision of transportation services not according to the original operation plan (delays, changes of destination airports, etc.), and other reasons beyond our control occur. However, in urgent cases, we will explain after the change.

    11. Changes in the Amount of Travel Fee

We may change the travel fee within the range of increase or decrease when the fares and charges of the transportation institutions used are significantly increased or decreased due to drastic changes in the economic situation, etc.

When we increase the travel fee as per this section (1), we will notify the customer by 16 days before the start date of the travel, counting back from the day before.

When we decrease the travel fee as per this section (1), we will only reduce the travel fee by the amount of decrease in fares and charges. If there are increases or decreases in the cost of implementing the travel due to changes in travel content based on Article 10, we may change the travel fee by the amount of the difference. However, this does not apply in cases where transportation and accommodation institutions provide the travel services despite the lack of seats, rooms, and other facilities.

If the travel fee varies depending on the number of users of transportation and accommodation institutions as described in the contract document, and the number of users changes not due to our responsibility after the establishment of the contract, we will change the travel fee.

    12. Replacement of Customers

Customers may transfer their contractual status to a third party with our prior consent. In this case, a prescribed fee will be charged. The transfer of contractual status becomes effective when we consent. However, there may be cases where reservations or name changes cannot be made due to the availability of seats on airplanes, applicable fare rules, and other unavoidable reasons, and we may refuse to replace customers for these reasons.

    13. Customer-Initiated Contract Cancellation (Before Travel Start)

Customers can cancel the contract at any time by paying the cancellation fee mentioned in section 15 to us. However, the acceptance of contract cancellation requests is limited to our business hours (faxes and emails received after business hours will be treated as received on the next business day). In case of cancellation of a communication contract, we will receive the cancellation fee without the member's signature on the prescribed form through the affiliated company's card.

Customers can cancel the contract without paying a cancellation fee before the start of the trip in the following cases, regardless of the provisions of this section (1):

When the contract content is changed by us. However, this is limited to cases where the change is one of those listed in the left column of Table A of section 24 or other significant changes.

When the travel fee is increased based on the provisions of section 11 (2). In cases where natural disasters, public disturbances, cessation of travel services by transportation and accommodation facilities, government orders, and other reasons occur, making it impossible or highly likely to be impossible to implement the trip safely and smoothly.

When we do not issue the "Itinerary" by the deadline mentioned in section 6 (1). When it becomes impossible to implement the trip according to the travel schedule mentioned in the contract document due to reasons attributable to us.

    14. Contract Cancellation by the Company (Before Travel Start)

If the customer does not pay the travel fee by the deadline mentioned in section 7 (7), we may consider the contract as canceled by the customer on the following day. In this case, a penalty fee equal to the cancellation fee will be charged. We may cancel the contract after explaining the reasons to the customer in the following cases:

When it is discovered that the customer does not meet the gender, age, qualifications, skills, and other travel participation conditions previously specified by us. When it is judged that the customer cannot endure the trip due to illness, absence of necessary caretakers, and other reasons.
When the customer demands an unreasonable burden regarding the contract content. When the number of customers does not reach the minimum number of participants mentioned in the contract document.
In this case, we will notify the customer of the trip cancellation by the 14th day before the travel start date, counting backward from the day before the travel start date. When the travel implementation conditions explicitly specified by us, such as insufficient snowfall for ski trips, are not met or are highly likely not to be met.
In cases where natural disasters, public disturbances, cessation of travel services by transportation and accommodation facilities, government orders, and other reasons beyond our control occur, making it impossible or highly likely to be impossible to implement the trip safely and smoothly according to the travel schedule mentioned in the contract document.
In case of cancellation based on this section (2), we will refund the full amount of the travel fee (or application fee) already received.

      15. Cancellation Fee

If the contract is canceled by the customer due to their convenience after the establishment of the contract, a cancellation fee will be charged at the following rates per customer based on the travel fee. If only some of the participating customers cancel the contract in the case of multiple participants, we will charge each participating customer the difference in fees for the change in the number of users of transportation and accommodation facilities, etc. (per vehicle or per room).

Please note that if you have already received a JR ticket for tours including JR train rides, you must obtain a cancellation certificate for the round-trip reserved seat at the nearest JR station before the train's departure time. After that, please send the JR ticket back to us. If there is no cancellation certificate or if the JR ticket is not sent back to us, a refund is not possible.

      16. Cancellation of Contract by the Customer (After the Start of the Trip)

If the customer does not receive part of the travel services due to personal reasons, or if they leave the group midway through the trip, it will be considered a waiver of their rights, and no refunds will be made.

If, after the start of the trip, the customer is unable to receive the travel services outlined in the contract for reasons not attributable to the customer, or if informed by us, they may cancel the part of the contract for the services not received without paying a cancellation fee, regardless of the provisions of section 13 (1). In this case, we will refund the customer the amount minus any cancellation fees, penalties, and other costs already paid or to be paid, provided the reason is not attributable to us.

      17. Cancellation of Contract by the Company (After the Start of the Trip)

The company may cancel part of the contract after the start of the trip in the following cases, explaining the reasons to the customer:

If the customer is unable to continue the trip due to illness, absence of necessary assistance, or other reasons. If the customer disobeys the instructions of the tour conductor, local staff, or others responsible for the safe and smooth implementation of the trip, assaults or threatens these individuals or other travelers, and disrupts the discipline of group travel. If natural disasters, wars, riots, suspension of travel services by transportation/accommodation organizations, orders from government authorities, or other circumstances beyond the control of the company arise, making it impossible to continue the trip.

When the company cancels the contract based on the provisions of section 17 (1), the contractual relationship between the customer and the company will be terminated only for the future. In this case, any travel services already provided to the customer by the company are considered validly fulfilled.

Under section 17 (2), if the customer has not yet received certain travel services, the company will refund the amount of the travel price minus any cancellation fees, penalties, and other costs already paid or to be paid.

The company, upon canceling the contract under sections 17 (1)(1)(3), will make necessary arrangements for the customer to return to the departure point. All costs for these arrangements will be borne by the customer.

        18. Refund of Travel Price

When a refund is due to the customer due to a reduction in the travel price or cancellation of the contract under the provisions of sections 11 (3) to (5) or sections 13 to 17, we will refund the amount within 7 days from the day following the cancellation for cancellations before the start of the trip, and within 30 days from the day following the end date of the trip as stated in the contract for cancellations after the start of the trip. However, for travel requiring the submission of coupons under section 20 (1), if these coupons are not submitted to us, a refund of the travel price may not be possible.

For customers who have entered into a contract via telecommunications, if an amount to be refunded arises under section 18 (1), we will refund according to the card member agreement of the affiliated company. In this case, we will notify the customer of the amount to be refunded within 7 days from the day following the cancellation for cancellations before the start of the trip, and within 30 days from the day following the end date of the trip as stated in the contract for cancellations after the start of the trip, and the date of such notification will be considered as the card usage date.

        19. Itinerary Management

We strive to ensure the safe and smooth implementation of the customer's trip and will perform the following services for the customer. However, this does not apply to courses where a tour conductor is not accompanying under section 20 (1).

If it is deemed that the customer may not be able to receive travel services during the trip, we will take necessary measures to ensure the provision of travel services as per the contract. Even if measures under this section 19 (1) are taken, if it is necessary to change the contents of the contract, alternative services will be arranged. In this case, when changing the travel itinerary, we will endeavor to ensure that the changed itinerary matches the intent of the original itinerary, and when changing the content of travel services, we will endeavor to ensure that the changed services are equivalent to the original services, making every effort to minimize changes to the contract content.

          20. Tour Conductors, etc.

Except for courses marked with a tour conductor accompanying, the tour conductor will not accompany, and the services listed in section 19 will be performed. We will provide the customer with the "itinerary" and necessary coupons for receiving travel services, and the customer is responsible for the procedures to receive these services. Our contact details in the destination will be indicated in the "itinerary" or the contract. Also, if it becomes impossible to receive travel services due to reasons not attributable to the customer, such as bad weather, the customer will be responsible for arranging and handling alternative services.

For courses marked with a tour conductor accompanying, a tour conductor will accompany the entire journey, performing the services listed in section 19 and other services deemed necessary by us for the trip. The working hours of the tour conductor are, in principle, from 8 am to 8 pm.

For courses marked with a local tour conductor accompanying, the tour conductor will accompany, in principle, only the part of the trip specified in the course (from arrival to departure in the destination). The duties of the local tour conductor are in accordance with the duties of the tour conductor in section 20 (2).

For courses marked with guidance by local staff, the tour conductor will not accompany, but necessary services will be performed to facilitate the trip.

For sections where the local tour conductor under section 20 (3) does not accompany and where the local staff under section 20 (4) does not perform duties, section 20 (1) applies.

Customers must follow the instructions of the tour conductor or local staff, etc., when traveling in a group for the safe and smooth implementation of the trip.

              21. Company's Liability

If the company or the agent acting on behalf of the company (hereafter referred to as "agent") causes damage to the customer due to intentional or negligent actions, the company is liable for compensation, provided that notification is given to the company within two years from the day following the occurrence of the damage. However, for damage to baggage, compensation is limited to 150,000 yen per customer, provided that notification is given to the company within 14 days from the day following the occurrence of the damage, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence by the company.

If the customer suffers damage due to natural disasters, wars, riots, suspension of travel services by transportation/accommodation organizations, orders from government authorities, or other causes beyond the control of the company or the agent, the company, except in the case of section 22 (1), is not liable for compensating such damage.

              22. Special Compensation

Regardless of whether the company's liability under section 21 (1) arises, the company, according to the "Special Compensation Regulations" of the company's terms and conditions, will pay compensation for certain damages suffered by the customer due to sudden and accidental external accidents during participation in a package tour, as follows: death compensation of 15 million yen per traveler, hospital visitation money of 20,000 to 200,000 yen depending on the number of days of hospitalization, outpatient visitation money of 10,000 to 50,000 yen, and compensation for damage to portable items (up to 150,000 yen, but the compensation limit for each item or pair is 100,000 yen). However, cash, credit cards, valuables, exposed films, CD-ROMs, optical discs, manuscripts written on recording media (the media itself is not covered), and other items specified in section 18, article 2 of the same regulations are not covered.

If the company is liable for compensation under section 21 (1) for damages under section 22 (1), the compensation to be paid by the company under section 22 (1) will be considered as part of the compensation for damages, within the limits of the amount of compensation payable under the company's liability.

If the damage suffered by the customer during participation in a package tour is due to the customer's intent, drunk driving, intentional violation of laws, receipt of services in violation of laws, mountain climbing (using climbing equipment such as ice axes), skydiving, hang-gliding, etc., as specified in articles 3, 4, and 5 of the same regulations, the company will not pay the compensation and consolation money under section 22 (1). However, this does not apply if such activities are included in the itinerary of the package tour.

For package tours (optional tours) implemented by the company for a separate travel price for customers participating in the company's package tours, these are treated as part of the main contract (in this case, the contract will explicitly state "Travel Planning and Implementation by Jumbo Tours Co., Ltd." for the optional tour).

For days explicitly stated in the contract as days where no travel services are provided by the company, the day is not considered as part of the package tour participation unless explicitly stated that no compensation money will be paid for damages incurred on that day.

              23. Itinerary Guarantee

The company will pay a change compensation amount, which is the travel price multiplied by the rate specified in the right column of Table A, within 30 days from the day following the end date of the trip, if important changes to the contract content listed in the left column of Table A occur (except for the following changes (1)(2), even when services are provided, due to a shortage of seats, rooms, or other facilities at transportation/accommodation organizations). However, changes in the date and order of receiving travel services are excluded.

Changes due to natural disasters, wars, riots, government orders, suspension of travel services by transportation/accommodation organizations, provision of transportation services not according to the original plan, measures necessary to ensure the safety of life or body of travelers.

Changes relating to the parts of the contract canceled under the provisions of sections 13 to 17.

The amount of change compensation money paid by the company based on one contract is limited to 15% of the travel price. If the amount of change compensation money to be paid to one customer is less than 1,000 yen, the company will not pay the change compensation money.

If, after paying the change compensation money under this section, it becomes clear that the company is liable for damages under section 22, the company will pay the amount of damages compensation minus the amount of change compensation money already paid.

              24. Customer Responsibility

If the company incurs damages due to the customer's intentional or negligent actions, the company may request compensation for the incurred damages. The customer is responsible for utilizing the information provided by the company and making an effort to understand their rights, obligations, and other contractual terms. After the commencement of the trip, if the customer recognizes that the provided travel services differ from those stated in the contract document, they must promptly notify the company, its appointed agents, or travel service providers at the travel destination.

              25. Enrollment in Domestic Travel Accident Insurance

In the event of illness or injury, significant medical expenses, transportation costs, and more may be incurred. Additionally, in case of accidents, it may be challenging to claim compensation from the liable party or collect compensation. To ensure coverage for these medical expenses, transportation costs, as well as death, disability, and other incidents, it is highly recommended that customers enroll in domestic travel accident insurance with sufficient coverage. If accidents or incidents occur during the trip, please immediately notify the contact provided in the "Travel Itinerary" or similar documents (if circumstances prevent immediate notification, please do so as soon as possible).

              27. Travel Terms and Payment Due Dates

The reference date for these travel terms and the reference date for travel payment are the dates explicitly indicated in the travel brochure or website, etc.

              28. Handling of Personal Information (Important)

The company's entrusted travel agents or agents of entrusted travel agents (hereinafter referred to as "resellers") as indicated in the back of the travel brochure and the company itself may use the personal information provided in the application form submitted during travel booking for the purpose of communication with the customer and for arranging travel services provided by transportation and accommodation providers (major ones are listed in each course, etc.) in the travel the customer has applied for, as well as for procedures related to ensuring the company's contractual obligations, handling expenses in case of accidents, etc., or for the necessary procedures for securing insurance coverage.

In addition, the company and resellers may use the customer's personal information for purposes such as (1) providing information on products, services, and campaigns of the company, resellers, and affiliated companies, (2) requesting feedback and comments after travel, (3) conducting surveys, (4) providing special services, and (5) creating statistical data.

The personal data obtained by the company will include the customer's name, age, gender, telephone number, address, email address, and other minimal personal information necessary for the company to conduct travel. In cases where assistance is required, such as the presence of a helper or arrangements for a wheelchair, and when it is necessary for the company to respond (or provide a response that it cannot respond) to the customer's request, the company may also collect personal information other than those mentioned above to the extent necessary for the company's arrangements.

If the customer does not consent to the company obtaining personal information as mentioned in (2), the company may not be able to enter into a contract. Furthermore, due to a lack of consent, certain arrangements desired by the customer may not be possible.

The company will provide transportation providers with the customer's name, age, gender, telephone number, and other information necessary for making arrangements, up to the extent required to secure the information in advance electronically. Additionally, only in the event of an accident, the company will provide the insurance company with information required for insurance procedures in writing, within the necessary scope.

If you wish to request the disclosure of the personal data held by the company, the correction, addition, or deletion of its content, or the suspension of its use, deletion, or provision to third parties, please contact the designated inquiry counter. In such cases, the company will promptly take the necessary actions in accordance with the law and its internal regulations. If it is not possible to fulfill all or part of the request, the reasons will be explained.

In the event of any issues related to the leakage of the company's personal information, etc., the company will immediately contact the customer and temporarily suspend the affected system until the safety is ensured. Furthermore, the company will promptly make the facts and other information public on the company's website, etc.

              29. Caution

Changes to flight schedules or travel itineraries due to customer convenience cannot be made. If you miss a flight for reasons not attributable to the company, such as traffic congestion or other factors beyond the company's control, you will need to purchase a separate airline ticket, and the refund of the airline ticket exchange voucher will not be possible.

In cases where travel services cannot be received due to reasons not attributable to the customer, such as inclement weather, the company will refund the amount deducted for cancellation fees, breach fees, etc., in accordance with the provisions of Article 16(2). However, expenses related to alternative services, such as accommodation and transportation, will be borne by the customer.

If, after the start of the trip, you believe that the terms and conditions of your trip (such as the type or conditions of rooms at accommodation facilities, meals, or other services) differ from those stated in the conditions for your participating course, please immediately notify the on-site staff (including staff from the company, appointed agents, or travel service providers at accommodation facilities, etc.) in accordance with the provisions of Article 25(3). (Note that handling may not be possible or may be difficult after the trip has ended.)

While we may provide guidance to souvenir shops for your convenience, please be aware that you are responsible for making purchases on your own.
